"Managing waste at its source is no longer just an idea but a necessity. We must continue to innovate sustainably, make bold decisions, and most importantly, collaborate with all stakeholders," he asserted.
According to Dudi, the development of TPS 3R Sinergi Bersih represents an innovative collaboration between the Jakarta Provincial Government, PT Nestlé Indonesia, WWF, and other partners in building an integrated waste processing system with a capacity of 30–40 tons per day.
"Our hope is that this TPS 3R not only reduces waste buildup but also creates new jobs and encourages greater community participation in proper waste management while supporting the acceleration of the Indonesia Waste-Free program," he said.
Meanwhile, President Director of Nestlé Indonesia, Georgios Badaro, stated that the construction of TPS 3R is a concrete action in addressing the challenges of climate change and waste management, especially plastic waste.
"This is not only a company priority but a shared responsibility to build a better future," he emphasized.
He highlighted that this collaboration aligns with Indonesia's national goal of becoming Waste-Free by 2029. The initiative aims to encourage more collaboration across sectors to empower communities and make a tangible difference for a cleaner, healthier environment.
